6 New Vids You Should Feast Your Eyes On

We know that you're short on time so we compiled 6 of the best vids from the week that you really shouldn't sleep on.

Jack Garratt x Gallant - In The Room

Holy hell, we've never heard such a soulful collab in our lives. Jack Garratt and Gallant have combined for an incredible rendition of Janet Jackson's 'I Get So Lonely', reinterpreting it and transforming it into a honey-smooth, melodic slice of heaven. Love these two separately so you can only imagine what they achieve together.

Watch if: You are a fan of Janet Jackson

Anderson Paak & The Free Nationals - Tiny Desk Concert

A wise man once quoted "a good carpenter doesn't blame his tools". In this circumstance, a good musician doesn't blame the size of his surrounds. Anderson Paak and his The Free Nationals crew dropped by NPR to perform three cuts from 'Malibu' for the 'Tiny Desk' series. Sailing through 'Come Down', 'Heart Don't Stand A Chance' and 'Put Me Thru' with ease, Paak proves that he's one of the most exciting artists of 2016. Simultaneously crooning while keeping the beat on the drums, peppered with some playful banter in between each song, taking your eyes away from Paak is a difficult task. "Tiny desk, big heart," jokes Paak after wrapping up 'Put Me Thru'. He's not wrong.

    Watch if: You wanna groove.

    Koi Child - Touch Em

Koi Child's new video for 'Touch Em' takes us to the band's hometown, Fremantle, where they cut loose for a night out on the town. It's fast, it's playful, and it manages to put you right in the middle of the action. Dunno 'bout you but we're super keen for a night tour around Fremantle with these guys.

Watch if: want to feel like you're part of the action.

YG - Why You Always Hatin? ft. Drake, Kamaiyah

The vid for 'Why You Always Hatin?' is all 'bout dem $$$. Drake on a Lamborghini, YG in a helicopter, Kamaiyah throwing back champagne while receiving a foot massage - it's got it all. It's flashy but in a tongue-in-cheek, over-the-top kinda way and that's what makes it so fun.

Watch if: You wanna feel badass

    Saint Motel - Move

Saint Motel's 'Move' video clip is a trippy, more exciting take on your regular ol' lyric video. Enabled with 360 degree movement, you can literally 'Move' around the visualiser and get transported into a '70s time warp. The song is funky 'n' fresh and not likely to make you remain still.

Watch if: You wanna be taken on a 360 degree psychedelic trip without the drugs.

Illy - Papercuts (feat. Vera Blue)

We're still buzzing from Illy & Vera Blue's performance of 'Papercuts' at this year's Splendour in the Grass. It's certified itself as one of the best songs of the year and now there's a vid to accompany it. Full of fire, ice and passion, it ticks all the boxes.

    Watch if: You're going through a break-up.

    SAFIA - Over You

It's been so cool to watch the SAFIA boys evolve over years. They've sold out shows, released so much good music and now they're just about to drop their debut album, 'Internal'. 'Over You' is off said album and it's a soulful piece of electronica. While emanating all the elements of a bright and happy number, there's a dark tone underlaying the track, which has been made even more apparent with the release of the video clip. We're not gonna give anything away but you might wanna sleep with the light on tonight.

Watch if: You wanna be spooked.
