Each year the BBC puts together its 'Sound Of [Insert Year]' list, predicting who is going to take over in the year coming.
They begin with a list of 15 names and eventually whittle it down to five, before picking a winner. While they've had a few misses, their track record is pretty good. Previous winners include Adele, 50 Cent, Ellie Goulding and Sam Smith.
Last year Jack Garratt took out the prize while Alessia Cara and NAO came in second and third, which is not bad considering that all three have had a massive year.
They've just unleashed their Sound Of 2017 Longlist which means we can start predicting who will be huge in 2017. Anderson. Paak is the biggest name on there, and somewhat of a questionable choice given that he's already doing really well but there are also a number of other serious contenders.
Upcoming UK rapper Nadia Rose is on there as is Drake co-signed rapper Dave and British soul queen Jorja Smith.
Maggie Rogers, the US student who stole Pharrell's heart with her tune Alaska is also in with a shot.
