Record Store Day is on 22nd April this year and a bunch of exclusive releases have just been announced for this year's event.
The worldwide day stacks the shelves of your local record store with a handful of rare releases and this year there are some huge drops coming.
You can check out the full list of releases here but we've selected five of our favourites below to help you out a little bit.
Space Jam Soundtrack
The 1996 soundtrack for Space Jam is finally getting reissued on vinyl. Yep, that means R. Kelly, Coolio, Seal and Jay Z all on the one vinyl. It's been pressed to vinyl once before but if you want to buy it before RSD you're looking at a price upwards of $200.
Grouplove - Little Mess EP
The group we love to love are releasing a special edition Little Mess EP exclusively for Record Store Day. This vinyl is a special little package of tracks that were recorded during the Big Mess sessions but not used. According to the band, these songs were too special to be released as bonus tracks, as they still serve an "important purpose". If you loved Big Mess as much as we did, you need to get your hands on Big Mess Jnr too. Grab your copy here.
The War On Drugs - Thinking Of A Place 12" Vinyl
The War On Drugs are back. They're dropping a new song Thinking Of A Place on RSD, making it their first official release since 2014's Lost In The Dream. No word yet on when a new album is coming but a few spins of this will keep you occupied in the meantime.
Prince - Little Red Corvette and 1999 Picture Discs
If you really want to pick up something rare then you should have your eye on this one. There are only 5,000 copies of these babies being pressed and they're likely to go down as a collector's item. Also, how good is Little Red Corvette?
Danny Brown - Ain't It Funny/Worth It Picture Disc
Danny Brown's Atrocity Exhibition was one of last year's most daring record's and now he's giving one of the highlights from the LP Ain't It Funny its very own picture disc. Well, kinda. It has to share the honour with his Clams Casino collab Worth It but it's gonna be great and really pretty.
David Bowie - BowiePromo
This one is pretty special. Back in 1971, Bowie's manager Tony Defries had 500 copies of this pressed to shop around to record labels for Bowie and Dana Gillespie. A number of the Bowie songs ended up on Hunky Dory but these are their earliest versions. The vinyl came simply in a white sleeve and was never released to the public until now. There are 5,000 copies of this guy and you're gonna have to act real fast if you want it.
