Hard and fast tunes coming at ya for a long weekend on gr8 Friday.
Migos - Seize The Block
Migos have crafted this one for the 'Fate Of The Furious' soundtrack alongside contributions from Travis Scott, Young Thug, G-Eazy, 2 Chainz, Lil Yachty and stacks more.
Royal Blood - Lights Out
After Royal Blood announced their new album How Did We Get So Dark? earlier this week we certainly didn't expect a taste of it this soon. But here they are, back with the hard-hitting Lights Out, with a hella trippy video clip to boot.
Kendrick Lamar - XXX (feat. U2)
This glitchy, bass-driven hip hop banger definitely isn't what sprung to mind when Kendrick announced that U2 would be featuring on his album. Featuring absolute fire rhymes from Kendrick, it flicks back and forth between fast and hard raps and this slow, melodic refrain featuring smooth vocals from Bono.
Fyfe - Belong (feat. Kimbra)
Late last year we copped the first single from Kimbra, Sweet Relief, expected to be the lead on her debut album, but the NZ singer-songwriter has been conspicuously quiet since. Now Paul Dixon's project Fyfe has unveiled this latest track featuring Kimbra's inimitable vocals, and now we're even more excited to hear what her third album is going to sound like.
DNCE - Kissing Strangers (feat. Nicki Minaj)
So here we have somehow simultaneously the most rock track from DNCE (Joe Jonas and co.) whilst also featuring Nicki Minaj. It's built around this hugely funky bass-riff and unsurprisingly Nicki's contribution is flawless. Expect this to get a loooooooot of radio time.
Frank Ocean - Biking (feat. Jay-Z & Tyler, The Creator)
Earlier this week Frank unveiled this incredibly soulful, chilled effort Biking. It builds up in a mellow way, featuring verses from Jay Z and Tyler, before really heating up beautifully with Frank's final contribution.
Little Dragon - The Pop Life
Little Dragon dropped their hugely anticipated fifth studio album today. The Pop Life is one of quite a few brand new tracks, released alongside some previously heard singles including High.
Kim Churchill - Breakneck Speed
We've been waiting all week for this one, and finally we've got new music from Kim Churchill. Breakneck Speed begins understated, brooding as it builds into a powerful expression of emotion, and was absolutely worth the wait.
