    Put your "yaas Kween" away because we've got some sad news to tell you.

    As Hollywood Reporter report, the forthcoming fifth season of Broad City will be the final one.

    Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer announced the new today in a joint statement saying, "Broad City has been our baby and first love for almost 10 years, since we started as a web series. It’s been a phenomenal experience, and we’ve put ourselves into it completely."

    "It's always had a spontaneous pace and feeling, and ending after season five honors that spirit."

    The final season will air in 2019 but never fear because the girls are working on more TV for Comedy Central.
