    Spotify Have Revealed The Most Streamed Artists Of 2017

    Spotify have today revealed its annual Year In Music lists, detailing the top artists, albums and tracks of 2017. 

    Unsurprisingly, Ed Sheeran took home the crown of the world’s most streamed artist with over 6.3 billion streams this year, taking over from Drake who came in first in both 2015 and 2016. His hit ‘Shape of You’ also overtook Drake's 'One Dance', becoming the most streamed song on Spotify ever with over 1.4 billion streams. 

    Rihanna has taken the spot of the most streamed female artist for the third year in a row, joined by Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande and Sia in the list of top streamed female artists.
