    Charli XCX is one of the best writers and performers in pop right now and it turns out she's been learning the craft for a very long time.

    A little YouTube search has uncovered a record that she wrote and produced when she was 14 aptly called 14.

    She played every instrument and made every sound on the album and for a 14 year-old, it's bloody good. 

    The album was never released to the public but there were a few promotional copies printed, thus why it eventually ended up on YouTube.

    Charli's not a massive fan of it calling it, "fucking terrible MySpace music," but we reckon she's being a little bit harsh. We couldn't even play the triangle when we were 14.
