Rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is already having a big 2019, having dropped a collaboration with on-the-rise Aussie artist JXN.

And his year has just gotten even bigger, releasing the music video for 2x Platinum single Swervin todaywhich comes off last year's huge sophomore album HOODIE SZN.

HOODIE SZN was Boogie's biggest success yet, and it hit #1 on the Billboard charts following its December 2018 release.

The video features the New York rapper on the hunt to get the girl, and follows along with the lyrics of the song.

As you'd expect, it features scenes of luxury (Boogie has a particular love of diamonds) as well as making it rain at a strip club. Gotta flex, after all.

And yes, as you'd hope, he gets the girl in the final scene. Who doesn't love a success story?

Cool Accidents caught up with Boogie back in February, while he was on tour in Australia with Laneway Festival, fresh off the back of HOODIE SZN's success - but it looks like Boogie is onto his next challenge.

“‘Swervin’ is the final video I’ll be releasing from Hoodie SZN,” Boogie told fans. “It’s a thank you to all my fans for propelling Hoodie SZN to number 1.

“I’m currently working on Artist 2.0 and I can’t wait for the world to hear it.”
