    If you haven't seen your Mum, Dad, great Aunt, Uncle, middle-aged neighbour or any of the like sing Santana and Rob Thomas' Smooth at karaoke then you've led a very sheltered life.

    It's the ultimate middle-age karaoke song and it usually sends this undisclosed desire through your body to jig, point and subtly but awkwardly move your hips.

    Well, good news everyone. Alex Turner, the coolest man in rock 'n' roll, looks exactly like that when covering Smooth at karaoke.

    Somehow footage has emerged of the smooth frontman singing the track at what looks like a private party and he pairs it with every cringeworthy move that song goddamn deserves.

    It seems like he may be taking the piss, so don't take too much solace in the fact that Alex is just like your Dad, but it's wildly entertaining nonetheless.
