This wouldn’t be the first time that two amazing things have come together to create something that may not be more amazing but still remains, as before, amazing. If I were North american I might reference PBJ sandwiches here but I’ve never had one and don’t plan to anytime soon, so it wouldn’t really resonate with my experience. It might be more like the combination of peanut butter and butter on toast, where neither ingredient is vital to the overall quality of the toast but when the two come together there’s some sort of betterment that you just can’t deny. Anyway, James Blake is rad, Justin Vernon goes alright, and the tandem is as you would imagine, very strong.Listen closely for the sound of wild dogs barking consistently through the track. Seriously, this is a hipster’s wet dream right here.
