Cardi B's Bodak Yellow has knocked Taylor Swift off the number one spot on the US Billboard Hot 100 making her the first solo rap female to do it since Lauryn Hill in 1998.
She's taken to Instagram with a series of incredible messages for her fans, thanking them.
"It's been a very motherfucking emotional day for me son," she told her fans on Insty.
She also gave a shout out to all the artists that have been showing her love including YG, Lil Yachty and even Nicki Minaj.
Everybody is giving the Cardi love hard today and so they should. It's a big moment for hip-hop and a big moment for the progression of music in general.
Last week was a big week for Cardi too. She dropped a new song with Juicy J and also released a Bodak Yellow remix featuring Kodak Black.
