Charli XCX has just released her new album, CRASH, and it's full of huge pop moments. In a Twitter AMA about the album, she's revealed the story behind album highlight Move Me - and it involves fellow pop star Halsey.
Replying to a fan's question about the "behind the scenes" of the track, Charli revealed that "Move Me was written at a writing camp in Palm Springs." She explained "I wrote it with Amy Allen. I kinda wanted Halsey to hear it at first coz I thought there were parts of the song that might resonate with her. But then I was like naaaa I’m keeping it !"

However, she still wants Halsey to be involved in the track's story, going on to add, "BUT if Halsey wants to hop on the remix and do her thing I would loveeee". We need this to happen ASAP. After all, the pair's cover of The Spice Girls' Wannabe at Lollapalooza 2017 is still one of our favourite live collaborations over the last few years.

Throughout the rest of the AMA, Charli revealed that there's a music video for Yuck coming, as well as Used To Know Me. Her favourite tracks from the album? Lightning and Constant Repeat. Of course, it's proving pretty hard for us to pick a favourite from the album.
