Sometimes the regional areas of Australia will birth you a global star and a few years ago, the world discovered Western Australian farmer Deb 'Spoons' Perry, the spoon-playing granny who won hearts and minds on Australia's Got Talent.
In 2012, Cool Accidents took the opportunity to get Deb to play one of our favourite songs and the result was her mind-blowing rendition of The Black Keys' Lonely Boy, which has now racked up 1.6 million views.
Deb has performed for the Guinness World Records book, TEDx, Jay Leno and numerous blues festivals.
To celebrate the release of The Black Keys' new song Go (with a hilarious video you need to watch), we decided to revisit Deb's spoon version of the band's classic. Watch her groovin' and dancin' and jumpin' in that sweet little bedazzled vest and behold...
Deb 'Spoons' Perry doing The Black Keys.
Who knows? Maybe she'll cover Go too.
