E^ST is no stranger to the triple j Like A Version stage, and she's smashed it out of the park again on her second time in the studio, performing a cover of Joji's Slow Dancing In The Dark.
Speaking about the cover during her Behind The Like A Version, E^ST paid tribute to her growth as an artist since her last LAV.
“My last Like A Version was about five years ago. I was 17 and very new to being an artist. It was kind of stressful doing it again five years later ’cause I feel like I set the bar kind of high for myself with that one. My game plan was to do something totally different this time and not try to recreate that."
Her last LAV was a rendition of the Verve's Bittersweet Symphony - and while it was a great cover, we like this one just a little bit better.

She also performed her single FRESH OUT OF LOVE, one of the stunning singles we've heard off her upcoming debut album, I'm Doing It.
In more awesome news for E^ST fans, she's also announced plans for two intimate gigs at Sydney's The Vanguard in Newtown on August 2nd. With two sessions planned - one at 6pm and another at 9pm - only 50 tickets are available for each show.
