Eminem is well-known as someone who is always working hard, but Fat Joe has told a story about just how much of a perfectionist Em is.
Speaking on REVOLT's Drink Champs, Fat Joe told a story about how Em wanted to drop a verse on the Lean Back remix - and how many times he recorded the same feature.

Fat Joe said, “Eminem’s the only guy who sent me the ‘Lean Back’ remix — he sent me that same verse 30 times. Saying it with a different tone, a lighter tone.
"He wouldn’t make up his mind - 30 different takes and verses! The same verse! Different flows, different highs, lows. I don’t know what to tell you, this guy is such a perfectionist."
It got to the point where Joe had to tell Em to stop, because they were running out of time. "It was like, ‘Alright, we know the verse! Can we let it go? We’re running down to the wire.'"
