Few artists have had a more unpredictable year than Grimes.
We began the year expecting the follow-up to 2015's Art Angels and while she promised it, it still hasn't arrived. Instead she embarked on a high-profile relationship with Tesla mastermind Elon Musk and was at one point accused of holding rapper Azealia Banks hostage with Musk.
Yep, 2018 is wild but it looks like Grimes is going to save it in the end as she's promised new music for this week.
Alongside a merch drop, Grimes told Twitter that she's got new music coming on 29th November.
It will be the first solo music for her this year but she has featured on a number of songs including Janelle Monae's Pynk and Poppy's Play Destroy.
