By now we should know that Kanye rarely does things the way he says he will and the rollout of his Yeezy Gap line proves just that.
The rapper/designer/one-time presidential candidate signed a 10-year deal with Gap last year valued at $10 billion and anticipation for the first drop has been high.
At 3am New York time last night the drop finally happened. A blue, recycled nylon jacket was projected onto various building around the US with a QR code that led you to the Gap website.
Gap is currently selling the jacket as a pre-order for the third quarter of this year for $200 USD. Unfortunately, it's currently a US-only product but given the wide availability of Yeezy now, an international drop is surely not off the cards.

As well as hijacking walls with the image, the Gap Instagram has been cleared to make way for a post of the blue jacket and the Yeezy logo.
Kanye was spotted recently in Los Angeles wearing the jacket as well as a mask covering the entirety of his face. He's been virtually silent on social media this year following his highly publicised divorce to Kim Kardashian and a string of activity on Twitter in 2020.
