R&B star Khalid has taken to Twitter to share a cover of the classic Fleetwood Mac song Landslide, and we can't get enough of it. His take on the track conveys the emotion present in the original, while also showcasing the strength of his vocals - he's putting his heart and soul into every note of this cover.
It's not the first time the R&B star has covered a Fleetwood Mac track, having previously performed a cover of Dreams as part of his live show. His love for the band runs deep, and when sharing the cover, he wrote that Landslide is "one of [his] favorite songs".
Speaking to BBC about his love for the band back in 2017, Khalid compared the themes that the band explored in their music to his debut album American Teen, saying, "My album was a melting pit of emotion.
"I wanted to write songs with a story. What happened at the beginning? How upset or happy was I? Did I end happy or sad?. Most songs ended on a high note."
