    Today we’re featuring the late Brazilian guitarist Luiz Bonfa and man of the moment Wally De Backer aka Gotye as part of our Sampled series.

    OK, so Wally might have only sampled like the first 1 or 2 seconds of Luiz’s tune Seville BUT he did use it to great effect on the BIGGEST song of 2011, Somebody That I Used To Know.

    Despite the short sample length, Seville is a great track in it’s own right, check it out below





     

    And let’s be honest, you probably don’t need to hear this song for the 59 millionth time, but here it is again just in case -
