Gorillaz are yet to bless us with a new album but that doesn't mean that they've remained in the shadows. We received a sleazy playlist for Christmas courtesy of Murdoc and also a Japanese-inspired comic book at the tail-end of 2k16. Now guitarist Noodle has shared a Soundcloud mix full of "kick-ass women" via her Instagram, citing them as "true pioneers in the writing, production and creation of MUSIC". Her inspirations include Grimes, Fatima Al-Qadiri, ABRA, Mica Levi, Empress Of (and many more) and it's a pretty stellar all-female cast. Vibe the mix titled Noodle, which translates as 'Me, Noodle', below.
