A clip of Rihanna forgetting her ID and being refused entry into a bar has made the rounds on social media, and we're feeling for her.

After all, who hasn't gone out with their friends, only to forget their ID? Of course, none of us are an international pop star, so we need our ID to confirm who we are.

Rihanna was out with her new boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, and the pair were living it up. They were out in New York, and earlier in the night they were shouting people around them drinks (imagine being bought a drink by RiRi and Rocky).

Social media is split on whether the bouncer did the right thing or not. On the one hand, celebrities don't deserve special treatment, and if you forget your ID, you know the rules.

On the other hand, it's Rihanna, and it's great publicity for the bar if Rihanna's there having a great time. It's a situation where there are no winners (though we're guessing Rihanna got in somewhere else close by, even without ID).

Check out the video below. Of course, this whole situation could have been resolved if Rihanna released a new album. We're confident that the bar probably just had a "no album, no entry" policy.
