It's been eight years since we were last gifted a Robyn album but the wait is nearly over.
Robyn has announced that her next album Honey will be released on 26th October. It's titled after a song that appeared on Girls last year as a demo but has yet to receive a full release.
The album was made alongside Metronomy's Joe Mount, Klas lund, Kindness' Adam Bainbridge, Mr Tophat and Zhala. These names should not surprise anybody who has followed Robyn over the past few years.
Robyn has called the album, "a very soft ecstasy," in a video to fans.
“I danced a lot when I was making it. I found a sensuality and a softness that I don’t think I was able to use in the same way before. Everything just became softer," she further said.
No word yet on whether we're going to get anything before the album drop but this news is enough to keep us excited until the drop.
