Nightclubs have recently opened up again, and it feels like an eternity since we were last hitting the dancefloor with our crew. There have been a ton of huge hits released since the last time people went clubbing, and we can't wait to dance to them with everyone!
If you're looking to put together the perfect party playlist (or want to suggest some tracks to the DJ next time you're at the club), then we've put together a list of tracks that we think will go off late at night. Write these down, and hand them to the DJ next time you're out on the town, and get ready to let loose on the dancefloor.
Cardi B - Up
Cardi B recently released her new single, Up, and it's already proving to be the perfect anthem for a night out. If you're looking for a bit of a confidence boost, it's a track that'll have you feeling 10/10, and ready to take on whatever life throws at you.
Hearing this at the club after a couple of drinks is sure to make anyone want to get up and dance, which is why it's the perfect track for any DJ to include in their club set. Want to get the whole club shaking? Throw this song on, and let the chaos unfold. Thank us later.
Hooligan Hefs - SEND IT!
What do you do on a night out? If you're like Hooligan Hefs, then you make sure to SEND IT! Hefs loves rapping over EDM beats, and this might just be his biggest track yet. It's hard to control yourself when you're listening to this, because it's a surefire way to turn the party up a notch.
If you're looking to hit the dancefloor, then get this track on and get ready to move. Oh, and make sure you have a drink in your hand, because when you're called on to SEND IT!, you don't want to miss the opportunity.
Tkay Maidza & Yung Baby Tate - Kim
Tkay Maidza & Yung Baby Tate have already dropped the best track about Kim Kardashian/Kim Possible/Lil' Kim in 2021. Tkay is one of the best Australian musicians doing it at the moment, and this track gets us pumped to take on the world. What would Kim Kardashian do?
This track won't just break the Internet, but it might break the dancefloor if there are enough people dancing to this track. The bass in this song is enough to test even the best of speaker systems - so it's time for them to get to work!
Olivia Rodrigo - drivers license
Ok, so maybe this isn't a song you can necessarily 'dance to', but it's definitely a song we'd love to hear while we're out with our friends, and it'd certainly get the dancefloor in their feelings. Olivia Rodrigo's drivers license is the biggest song in the world right now, and it's for good reason. It's a wonderful piece of songwriting, and Olivia sings about a situation that feels universally relatable.
If you're with your friends, trying to get over a recent break-up, then this is the song you need to hear. Learn the lyrics, because next time you're hitting up the club, it's almost certain that you'll be hearing this track and singing along to it arm in arm.
Roddy Ricch - The Box
Roddy Ricch's The Box is one of our favourite hip-hop tracks in recent memory, and we'd love to hear it blasting out at a club. The confidence that Roddy's bars ooze will get you in the mood to take on the world, or, if you're on a night out, paint the town red.
Everyone's got a different take on what The Box actually refers to - and Roddy himself say it has a few different meanings. Maybe you'll be able to crack the case of what it truly means while you're on the dancefloor?
Dua Lipa - Levitating ft DaBaby
It was hard to pick just one Dua Lipa track that we'd love to hear while clubbing, because the whole of Future Nostalgia/Club Future Nostalgia would be perfect for a boogie. Maybe someone needs to throw a Dua-themed club night? Now there's an idea.
However, we've gone with Levitating as we want to feel like we're floating on the dancefloor (even if our dance moves don't show it). If you're looking for some inspiration when it comes to your moves, then check out the video for Levitating below - both Dua and DaBaby tear it up!
The Weeknd - Blinding Lights
The Weeknd reminded everyone just how huge this song is with his Super Bowl performance, and it's high time that this got a run at the club. After all, who doesn't want to dance to some '80s-inspired disco while they're out and about?
If you're looking for some fashion inspiration for a night out, dress up like The Weeknd - it's sure to turn some heads. Making the most of a The Weeknd-themed weekend? Sounds like a plan.
Megan Thee Stallion - Savage Remix (feat. Beyoncé)
Megan Thee Stallion's tracks are perfect for feeling like a boss, and if you're on a night out that's exactly the mood you want to be in. Savage might be the best example of this in her discography, because it'll have you feeling "classy, bougie, ratchet".
The remix of Savage brings together two Houston natives in Beyoncé and Megan, and we're a huge fan of Bey's bars on the remix. If you need a sure-fire track to get all the different groups at the club on the dancefloor at once, then ask the DJ to play this - there's no way anyone can resist getting down to Savage.
