Taylor Swift shocked everyone by announcing she would be releasing her entire discography on all streaming services on Friday, coincidentally the same day as Katy Perry's new album Witness.
Now, it seems that Swifty is out-performing Perry in streams even though her material is all old.
On the day of release, Swift's 1989 was streamed 1.68 million times while Perry's Wtiness was streamed 1.19 million times on Spotify in the US.
Meanwhile on the Global Viral chart on Spotify, Swift has three songs while Perry has zero. Perry's Swish Swish is, however, featured in the main chart.
Perry is currently locked up in a Big Brother-style home, live-streaming her entire weekend. While in there, she said she was ready to put her feud with Swift to rest.
"I am ready to let it go," she said.
"I forgive her and I'm sorry for anything I ever did, and I hope the same from her. I think it's actually like, I think it's time. There are bigger fish to fry, and there are real problems in the world. You know what I'm saying?"
