    With Tegan and Sara currently in town for Groovin’ The Moo ( + a whole string of their own shows) we thought it could be a good opportunity to have them put together a playlist made up of their all time favourite tunes. We’re not talking flash in the pan here folks, no zeitgeisty junk, no sir. These are the bonafied classics… well most of them. There’s some Springsteen and Nirvana and some 90s indie rock by way of The New Pornographers and Pinback and for the youngbloods, yes, there’s some JT, Arcade Fire and Robyn, fine. It’s a rather intereseting insight into what informed one of the hardest to pigeonhole sounds to make it’s way into the public consciousness. You’re welcome.
