    A couple of days ago we were jumping all over compilations of easy music from back in the day and praising their hidden gems. But when we thought about it we kinda realised that 2015 has been a bumper year for MOR flavoured albums, gem after gem after gem… And they are still coming.

    So we thought it’d be a good idea to put together a playlist that highlights some of the best of them because, let’s face it, it’s not EASY (see what we did there?!) to hear this stuff on radio.

    But then, just for fun, we felt mischievous and decided to throw in an equal number of gems from the catalogue, you know, the songs that influenced the songs of today.

    So sit back, dream of the beach and spark up a fat one and see if 2015 is as 1975 as it feels so far…
