Indie rockers The Wombats have come out with their latest video clip this morning - a neon-hued, trippy video for Bee Sting.
Shot in a warehouse in London, Murph tells Billboard, "Filmed on a hot summer's day in Shoreditch, I'd had zero sleep, there were no electric fans and I was basically sweating uncontrollably for hours on end, but that jacket was worth it!"
Director Sam Taylor also added, "The Wombats, to me, have always meant energy, energy, energy! So we charged around with the camera and cut it so fast it feels like you’re going to fall over."
And that dizzying vibe definitely comes across - the band's shirts, instruments, and lighting fixtures around them light up with electric neon zaps, flashing pills and epilepsy-inducing colours, as the camera spins and spins.
The band have just dropped an extended version of their latest record, Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life, with three new tracks including Bee Sting.
