Travis Scott is keeping us waiting for his new album, Utopia, but it turns out he's got an even bigger plan for it in mind.
Cactus Jack Films, aka Travis Scott's production company, has signed a production deal with A24, and together they're set to make a film called Utopia, presumably based on the album.
Posting on Instagram, Travis announced the deal, writing, "Life is a movie. So is this album. @cactusjack and @a24 set out to bring amazing content for the future . Thru film and media. Starting with this???????????"
A24 have been behind films like Moonlight and Uncut Gems, as well as TV shows such as Ramy and Euphoria, so they've got a pretty spectacular track record.
According to Variety, the release of the film will coincide with the album's release, which we're hoping is just around the corner.
