    PREMIERE: Sydney Artist Gavver's 'Race' Video Puts The Pedal To The Metal

    Sydney rapper/R&B artist Gavver is preparing to release the video for his new track, Race, and we're rapt to be premiering the video right now. 

    Shot by Level48Visuals, the video is a cruise through Sydney's streets, with Gavver behind the wheel. He's driving a Saab (not the usual ride for a rapper), which adds to the slightly cheeky feel to the video.

    The track is full of tongue-in-cheek disses towards other artists, and Gavver's spitting on top of 808s that will test out any speaker system. Gavver uses his voice as another instrument throughout the song, which adds to the melodies present throughout the track.

    Gavver is the star of the show in the video for Race, and he more than holds his own. He's clearly comfortable in front of the camera, which means his punchlines land with an extra thud. Just don't challenge him while he's behind the wheel.
