St Jerome's Laneway Festival kicks off next week and we're getting pretty damn excited. An unfortunate development has arisen today though with the announcement that Young Thug won't be attending anymore due to complications with the visa process. Laneway have said they are "deeply disappointed with this outcome as we have wanted Young Thug to play at the festival for some years now" and have offered their "sincerest apologies" to patrons, as well as opening a window for refund requests.

BUT, there is good news in all this! Get your foot tatts ready, ladies & gents, as Dune Rats have officially been announced as his replacement. No word yet on whether Scott Green will be in attendance as well.  

 For those of you who were really hanging out for a bit of Thug action, take solace in knowing that you're not alone.
