Imagine a false Bollywood soundtrack created on crazy synths by a Japanese dude (who went on to be in Yellow Magic Orchestra) and his friend, a conceptual artist.
Now imagine the whole first side is a three phase suite set in an imaginary hotel. Upper floor, ground floor and roof garden.
Then imagine exotic-synth-psychedelia set to minimalist beats populated with mosquito noises which on occasion breaks out into mental bass loops.
