This year's ARIA Awards may have looked a little different to normal, but it was still a huge celebration of the last year of Australian music.
The night belonged to Tame Impala, who won five awards, including Album Of The Year for The Slow Rush. It's the third time Tame Impala have won Album Of The Year, which is an absolutely huge achievement.
Sampa The Great was another winner on the night, winning three awards, including Best Hip Hop Release (sponsored by Hennessy) for her album The Return.
Sampa also performed her huge track Final Form from Botswana, where she was raised, and called out the lack of diversity in the Australian music industry. It was one of the highlights of the night, and a must-watch.

It was a great way to celebrate 2020, and the interesting year it's been. After this year's ARIA Awards, there's no doubt that Australian music has never been better, and the wealth of talent in this country deserved a night like the ARIA Awards.
