In amazing news for both Anderson .Paak and Kendrick Lamar stans, the pair have dropped a new collab track overnight called Tints, a funky track that shows off both Paak and Kenny's disco steez.
The song is off Paak's upcoming record Oxnard, set to be executive produced by Dr Dre. We don't have a release date yet, but along with Kendrick, you can also expect features from Pusha T and J Cole on the album.
Speaking to Rolling Stone, Paak said working with Dre was a dream.
"I remember for show-and-tell, people would bring in in a teddy bear or a favorite toy or some shit, but I was learning Dre Day and Nuthin But A G Thang and I would go in and rap that, just for show-and-tell. Teachers didn’t understand what was going on. His music was everything to me. It molded me. Hip-hop is the biggest genre now, but it’s always been the biggest genre to me. Working for Dr. Dre, I couldn’t even fathom it. It seemed so out of reach," he said.
For now, enjoy this sizzling collab!
