LA-based Aussie partystarter Anna Lunoe is back in our lives today with a four-track EP called Right Party and she's featured four of her favourite vices on the cover - gummy bears, chippies, soda and chocolate.
It's sick art created by Melbourne-based artist Esther Olsen and introduces the high-energy, optimistic dance tunes on the EP perfectly. It's basically like the musical version of a sugar hit.
We had Anna sit down and tell us exactly what she loves about each snack and why she chose it for each single cover.
303 - chips
OK, so my fave chips are Smith's Salt'n'Vinnies. They have been on my rider for 10 years and will be forever. I will never tire of a salty and tangy snack. Have they burned off some of my taste buds? Possibly. Was it worth it? Definitely.
What You Need - chocolate bar
What we don't realise growing up in Australia, is that good old Cadbury's milk chocolate is without a doubt the best chocolate in the ENTIRE. WORLD. I'm not even joking one bit. We take it for granted, we don't even realise what we have in every corner store in Australia and it's an issue I would like to raise maximum awareness on.
Right Party - gummy bears
OK, fuck Gummy Bears 'cause Tiny Teddies exist and biscuits are better than jellies but the packaging was more conducive to being on the artwork. There, I said it.
Creep - soda
Honestly I've grown apart from soda, but my love affair with Fanta runs deep in my bones and its influence over me as a person is undeniable.
