Diplo's been part of countless massive music moments, including as part of Major Lazer, LSD and Silk City, but his new self-titled album is the result of a three-year-long exploration of the house music he grew up on.
The album is a testament to his influence in the musical world, featuring countless collaborations with the likes of Elderbrook, Lil Yachty, Aluna, Jungle and many more. When Diplo asks to collaborate, artists usually jump at the chance.
The album also features the Grammy-nominated On My Mind, created in conjunction with Sidepiece, while he's also released a music video for Don't Forget My Love, which features Miguel. The video was shot by Euphoria cinematographer Marcell Rév, and directed by the Kinopravda collective.
To mark the release of the album, he'll be playing shows in Barcelona, Paris and Copenhagen. He'll also be returning to London to play at Fabric, which, according to a statement, was "the first club to book him there in the early 2000s." This self-titled album sounds designed to be played live.
