Close to a year on from its release, Sydney electronic exports RÜFÜS DU SOL have unveiled a special remix package of their latest album, unveiling the Surrender Remixes today. Having first released fourth album Surrender back in October of 2021, it marked the latest highlight in a career composed entirely of highlights for the group.

Their third record to top the ARIA charts, it also peaked atop the US Heatseekers Albums chart, while lead single Alive nabbed the group not only two ARIA Awards, but their first Grammy as well.

Now, they've returned with their latest project, recruiting a stellar roster of world-class production talent to reimagine the entirety of Surrender. Following in the same vein as 2019's Solace Remixed, the Surrender Remixes see RÜFÜS DU SOL crossing musical paths with the likes of German melodic techno icons Monkey Safari, Istanbul’s hotly-tipped selector Carlita, Rose Ave label-mate and mix engineer Cassian and fellow Australian production talent Dom Dolla.

Elsewhere, the 14-track collection also sees remixes from the likes of Magdalena, Luke Alessi, Monkey Safari, Adana Twins, Solomun, and much more.

"We're so excited to have curated this collection of tracks geared for the dancefloor from artists we love and respect from around the world," the group explained. "Hearing these amazing artists all breathe new life into our music in their own ways is such a treat for us.

"We’ve been road-testing these in our DJ sets all year, they’ve been going off. Sad to let go of some of our secret weapons, but we can’t wait for everyone to hear the full fourteen tracks."

Alongside the release of the Surrender Remixes, RÜFÜS DU SOL have also announced the pre-order for a special vinyl pack of Surrender, pressed on luscious red wax. In addition to this gorgeous physical edition of the record, the trio will also be returning to Australia later this year for a run of long-awaited live appearances.
