Exclusively hip hop festivals sadly haven't always had a great history in Australia, but maybe times are changing. With Rolling Loud making a huge debut earlier this year, another hip hop festival called DRIP World has cropped up and they've announced rapper French Montana as their exclusive headliner.
Alongside Montana, 20-year-old Pennsylvanian rapper Lil Skies will also be heading our way, as well as fellow American Comethazine and Aussies AMARNI, Ay Huncho and Sophiya.
And don't worry, the five names we've got now is only the beginning - like the diamonds around these rappers' necks, DRIP World will be drip-feeding the 15 artists on the bill over the next little while.
Going for the luxe vibe, DRIP World are even offering cashed up fans the chance to buy $1,000,000 tickets which buy you and 30 mates private jet transfers to the festival as well as meet and greets with every artist on the bill and 100 bottles of Dom Perignon so you can truly live large. Damn.
The festival will hit Sydney on August 31st, Brisbane on September 1st and Perth on September 8th, just a few weeks before Listen Out hits town, hopefully with a stack more hip hop for us.
