Chances are you're currently stuck at home, so Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams has shared a workout video set to her track Over Yet so you can exercise from your living room.
The song was originally released last week, and comes from Hayley's upcoming solo debut album Petals For Armor, which is set to drop on May 8th.

In the video, Hayley says, “Here’s an exercise routine so short you don’t even need to put your hair up in a ponytail.”
She then busts out an energetic workout that'll get you ready for the day - or finish it off right, and it'll be over before you know it. What more could you want?
The routine was choreographed by Emilia Richeson and Pony Sweat, and the description says that Pony Sweat is a ‘fiercely noncompetitive’ practice in radical acceptance and anti-perfectionism through dance aerobics."
Speaking about the upcoming album, Hayley recently told Zane Lowe that even more music might be on the way soon after the debut album. “When I’m home by myself and particularly once we were finished writing After Laughter, I wrote more songs that were just me picking on my guitar, singing to myself.
“I have so many unfinished things in my voice memos, and I’ve been going through those just trying to decide what of those should I maybe honour and finish. I’ve thought about getting an eight track and just doing some stuff to tape for fun. I’ve wanted to do that for years anyway.”
