Justin Timberlake is apparently "under review" after taking a photo in a Memphis voting booth and posting it to Instagram. According to Tennessee law, it is illegal to record any activity in "sacred rooms" i.e. when you're #rockingthevote in a polling booth. This means that Timberlake could face up to 30 days in jail or a $50 fine for his selfie misdemeanour. However, if past celeb run-ins with the law are anything to go by, it's likely to end with a simple slap on the wrist.
Good on ya for voting, Justin, but how's about exercising a little decorum with your democracy.
