Uh oh, trouble in SoundCloud rap paradise. Lil Uzi Vert has announced that he's quitting music, has "deleted everything" and wants to "wake up in 2013".
The 24-year-old Philly rapper took to his Instagram stories to share a photo of his feet with the text, "I wanna take the time out to say I thank each and every one of my supports but I'm done with music I deleted everything I wanna be normal ... I wanna wake up in 2013. Thank you love you".

Lil Uzi was supposed to be releasing his next album, Eternal Atake, later this year but it seems that's not on the cards anymore. His last proper release was New Patek, reportedly the first single from Eternal Atake, but the last we heard from him was a feature on Lil Pump's Multi Millionaire.
Interestingly, Lil Uzi Vert's supposed to be in town for Rolling Loud Festival on January 27th - we'll have to see if he's quitting live shows too.
As expected, Twitter's having a public mourning and hoping Lil Uzi changes his mind.
