We love seeing cool artwork that depicts our favourite musicians, and this portrait of Lizzo has blown us away.
It's been made by an Adelaide family of artists - Amy Herrmann and her three children - and consists of plastic and metal rubbish collected during their daily walks.
Speaking to ABC, Amy says she was inspired to make the collages to teach her children about recycling. "When things were starting to get quite bad back in March and we started to have the kids home from school, we were doing the normal home schooling stuff the school had sent through. But given I have an arts degree background … I wanted to do something with the kids. We came up with this idea of doing collages."
The piece is full of items like buttons, cookie cutters and broken car reflectors. Lizzo's signature hair has been made out of electrical cord, and it looks almost like the real thing.
The family has a new portrait on the way - but they're not telling anyone what it is just yet. "I'm not telling anyone what it is yet — it'll take a long time, this one's going to be quite big."
