Lizzo is currently in Australia as part of FOMO Festival, but she's taken time to help prepare food relief and water for isolated communities that have been affected by the bushfires alongside Foodbank Victoria.
Lizzo spoke about the bushfires at a show recently, and not only does she talk the talk, but walks the walk as well.

In the speech, Lizzo said, “I’m donating, we’re all donating. Because I know that this is nice, to come here. We’ve been looking forward to this show, anticipating this moment. And unfortunately this is such a tragic time, and I couldn’t not reflect the times. Because I’m an artist. And that’s what artists do. They speak up for the people.”
