She opened the meditation by playing the flute from behind a tray of crystals - a way to calm people before catching them on recent events caused by the coronavirus.
“We can oftentimes feel a lot on this planet, and a lot lately,” Lizzo said. “There’s the disease, and then there’s the fear of the disease. Fear can spread so much hatred and negative energy. I wanted to empower everyone and let you all know you have power. We all have power. You have power to eliminate fear. We have the power to reduce the fear that is being heightened.
"This is a very serious pandemic. This is a very serious thing that we’re all experiencing together. Whether it’s a good thing or a tragic thing — the one thing we will always have is togetherness. We’ll always be connected on this planet.”
She continued by playing some soothing music in the background, and leading her viewers through a meditation and breathing exercise involving manifesting positive images. She also called on her viewers to hum and feel a vibration of love.
You can check out the meditation below - it'll help you feel better about what's currently going on in the world.
