    RÜFÜS DU SOL Just Sold Literally Tens Of Thousands Of US Tickets In A Snap

    What did you get up to last week? Did you: A) see some friends, B) go to the movies, or C) sell 50,000 tickets to some of your upcoming gigs?

    That last one is exactly what Aussie electronic trio RÜFÜS DU SOL recently pulled off, after putting tickets on sale to their November 12th and 13th shows at Los Angeles' Banc Of California Stadium.

    They'll be supported at the shows by fellow Aussies Flight Facilities, and they've just released 25,000 more tickets for a third show on November 14th in case you're looking to head along.

    The tickets flew out the door in a matter of minutes, and the band were understandably amazed by the response. They took to Twitter to show appreciation for their fans, saying, “Thank you, Los Angeles – we’re blown away".

    The shows are set to be a feast for both the ears and eyes, as Lightning In A Bottle's producers Do LaB are set to bring their installation along to the shows.

    While you might not be able to head along, you can catch a glimpse of what the shows are set to look like below. We couldn't be happier for RÜFÜS DU SOL, and we'd love for them to do some similar-sized shows in Australia when it's possible!
