Kendrick Lamar has been very tight-lipped about his forthcoming album but lucky for us some around him are loose lipped.
On The Heart Part 4, Lamar rapped, "y'all got til April 7th to get your shit together," sparking fans to think that he was dropping his album then. That's 5 days away and Q has confirmed that album is done, making that release date very possible.
"When you got the whole album and can finally put your jam on snapchat," Q, who is on the same label as K.Dot, wrote on his Snapchat alongside a picture of Lamar's Humble which dropped Friday.
It's the first big confirmation that we've had that the album is done and means we can officially get very excited.
Producer Mike Will Made-It, the man behind Humble, spoke about a mysterious projects weeks ago and now it seems he was talking about Kendrick's.
On US station Power 105.1, he told hosts he had "new material coming this week." That was before Humble dropped which pretty much confirms the artist is Kendrick. He also said he has “two more on that project.”
That's also a very strong hint that the project is finished and ready to be delivered to us.
Friday, come fast.
