Imagine this. You're a huge Taylor Swift fan, and you've just gone camping for two weeks without internet. You're not expecting her to do anything while you're gone, right?
Seems like a fair enough assumption. Oh wait - she just surprise released Folklore. NBD, just one of the best albums of Taylor's career, and no-one had any warning, least of all this particular Taylor Swift superfan.
Twitter user seeitinmymind announced she was going away for a couple of weeks without internet, and if anything happened, to let her know.
oomfs, i’ve already tweeted about this before but i will be without my phone or any wifi the next two weeks. if taylor decides to do something big please yell at me in my dm’s and don’t unfollow me for inactivity xxx

When she got back, she couldn't quite believe what was going on. It's fair to say she wasn't expecting this.
also i’m not TOO shocked about the album because my parents sent me a letter about it so i knew she dropped it! i wasn’t expecting to go viral though so i’m really overwhelmed about that right now LMAO but i’ve calmed down and now i’m really gonna start listening

Taylor even joined in on the fun, responding to her tweet when she returned.
Welcome back from your trip! We are all somber woodland fairies now. Feel free to grab a wicker basket and join us! ????? ???????

As for her favourite songs on the album? Cardigan, Betty and Invisible String.
wait i forgot to tweet about my conclusion lmao but i think for now my top 3 is cardigan, better and invisible string. there’s not a single skip though and even though it’s probably too early to decide, i think this is definitely taylor’s best album and also my favourite
