If you've been loving Taylor Swift's new album Folklore as much as we have, then you're about to experience it in a whole new way.
Fitness influencer Maddie Lymburner has put together a full body, at-home workout routine set to the album in order to get your heart racing while Taylor's tunes soothe you.
The 15-minute dance workout doesn't require you to have any equipment, all you need to do is channel your inner "Taylor swaying in the gentle breeze of a daisy-speckled meadow."
It begins with a few slow stretches set to the album's opening few tracks, before increasing in intensity. There's some squats, leg lifts, yoga stretches and more thrown in to make sure you're working the whole body.
