When Thelma Plum originally announced her Homecoming Queen tour, she was coming off the back of releasing her debut album, Better In Blak, and it was a huge moment in Australian music. The album saw her nominated for six ARIAs, the Australian Music Prize Album of The Year, and have three songs in the Hottest 100, including Better In Blak, the album's title track, come in at #9.
While it's been a little while since then, the album still is as brilliant as ever, and we've still got it on repeat. So why not celebrate the return of live shows with a huge Australian tour? Across May, June and July, Thelma will be taking a victory lap around the country alongside special guests Kira Puru and Molly Millington.
Speaking about the tour, Thelma says, "My team and I have been working really hard and it’s FINALLY happening!! I am so damn excited to bring the Homecoming Queen shows on the road – I’ve been looking forward to this tour for what seems like forever! I’m super lucky that my friends Kira Puru and Molly Millington are coming along for the ride as well.”
There have been a few small changes to the shows, with some split into early and late gigs. You can check out the dates below for more information. If you've already got tickets, make sure you hold onto them, as all tickets are valid for existing shows.
