8 Golden Rings, 4 Gold Chains, 2 Bad B****es, 1 Gold Toof... But No Partridge In a Pear Tree

This is a song we missed from “Trap Lord”. But it’s good, even if we have gone a bit off rappers with dollar signs in their names, yes even our one time fave Joey Bada$$ who has failed to live up to the early promise.

BUT every now and then there is a pearl amongst the swine, a jewel in the shit and the A$AP’s Shabba is a perfect example of this -

We were just about to make a big thing about hitting 30,000 likes on our Facebook page but then we saw Diplo was celebrating getting 1,000,000 likes…

Our friend Diplo is noted as a magpie, particularly when it comes to things from the Caribbean. That’s why we couldn’t help but laugh when he tried to call out Flo Rida for a bit of Booty Beat stealing.

Prince Buster - Hard Man De Dead

People like to think that the old-school reggae dudes were all peace, love and rum punch, but the reality is they were grinding just as hard as today. Prince Buster was battling with guys like Duke Reid and Leslie Kong. Nobody could kill Buster’s sound.
