We guess the Italians aren't quite as chill as the French, as the world's most famous power-couple Beyonce and Jay-Z have reportedly been shut down attempting to rent out the famous Colosseum in Rome.
The pair - who have just released a joint album called Everything Is Love as The Carters - apparently tried to lock down the Italian landmark on July 7 and July 8. It would've coincided with their Roman On The Run II tour dates, but the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage say they got in pretty late, with the site already booked out by Italian scientist Alberto Angela.
Basically, even Bey and Jay have to follow deadlines.
The pair recently set their sights on renting out the Louvre too, ultimately filming The Carters' debut single, APESHIT, among the gallery's many priceless paintings and statues.
Beyonce's apparently not taking no for an answer from the Colosseum though, and has lodged another request to hire out the heritage site.
Well, if they're keen to head down to Sydney... we reckon we could let them have the Sydney Opera House for a few days. The offer's there, guys.
